Cover letter In just one semester of English, I learned what I was supposed to learn in all four years of high school. Which is quite impressive to say. And I’m not exaggerating at all; I came into this classes not knowing much about writing essays. I hated writing essays with a passion. I’m not going to lie I used to classify my writing into the level of a sixth grader. Which frightened me at first as I got into college. I left like a failure before even getting into the class. But after just one semester I grew as a writer and come to enjoy writing an essay especially when my voice can be heard. But with learning also came many lessons that I will know for sure I will need to change as I continue to take the next course English 5B. In this semester alone I realized that procrastination and time management are key when aiming to be successful as a college student. Writing a well-organized essay with a clear understanding of a topic takes a lot of time and effort. Last minute essays are easy to stop because when you read them you can see errors and the lost track of topic throughout it. And professors are able to see these things it has happened to me and I have learned from it. In my first essay, I took a week to write and I would proofread every time I would write something new to it. By doing this on my first essay, I got full credit. On the second essay, I started to get lazy and decided to do the day before and I didn 't proofread and look over it. And as I…
