Despite the various ranges of graduation rates among ethnic groups in the 2013-2014 school year, there has been a 4% increase in on-time graduations when compared to the years before. Healthy People 2020 found that Asian and non-Hispanic students had the highest on-time graduate rates in 2015. One factor that I intend to strive to maintain is a healthy balance which includes healthy eating habits along with regular amounts of physical activity. For physical health, I engage in jogging every day for about an hour, 30 minutes after lunch and 30 minutes after dinner.
