My Wellness Analysis

In terms of my wellness, a DOABLE plan for me would be to continue to work out daily for 30 to 45 minutes every morning to help reduce my stress level as well as improve my overall health. In addition, I will explore some useful mindfulness techniques. First, I would develop a plan that would allow me to process my feelings and thoughts about the daily events and experiences that I encounter while working with patients at my practicum site. In addition, I would focus on improving my personal coping skills for uncomfortable feelings, relaxing strategies, and mindfulness. I would also incorporate the use of peaceful music to help me relax and de-stress from minor events that occur every day.
