This week was about our volunteer experience and that is what I would like to talk about in my journal. I think that I went a bit non-traditional with doing volunteer cooking and cleaning for Malone’s indigent clients. I really did enjoy it though. My boss said he would rather me spend time within our company doing volunteer work than going elsewhere during business hours. I do not have the opportunity to do anything on weekends with my children being home and my husband having had a recent surgery. I was happy to have the opportunity at my place of business.
