The line “My Vision for America” is asking for us to write and believe something that may possibly never happen. The world today is so different and suffocating, the vision of America that I would want to happen is close to impossible and a waste of my time to attempt to explain something so dreadful. The amount of problems going on today is overbearing for us kids to know about. From all the economy problems to the discrimination still going on. In my vision I wish to see the most cliché thought, peace and happiness. Right now in America the taxes are increasing and respect for fellow American’s decreasing. When I say a less suffocating environments I think of kids and adults not having to be attacked every single day. Either for their religion, race or sexual orientation. The country we are living in is full of diversity and in my opinion we should embrace that instead of disgrace it. 77 percent of students get bullied because of their religion, race, gender and sexual orientation. Isn’t it time for students to get accepted? Recently there have been incidents where “white” police officers are shooting “black” men for unnecessary reasons. The word white and black are put into quotations because they are two colors. Both of which have been in the America’s since the 1400s. People are people and in my vision I wish I could see them being treated that way. Racism isn’t the only thing which is suffocating and disgusting here in America.
