My Value Of Integrity In Air Force

To me, the meaning of right and wrong can be defined by one word, integrity. Integrity is choosing to do the right thing even when others are not looking. My father was the first person to instill this into me as one of my values. He informed me to always do the right thing even when you have the opportunity to do wrong. My value of integrity continued to grow after I joined the Air Force. “Integrity First” is one of our core values. We are encouraged to do what is right at all times and we will be held accountable for our actions. I have learned that while you cannot buy integrity you can lead by example. Other beliefs that drive me to be a morally good person are honesty and respect. My father also taught me the importance of respect,
