My Two Positive Roles Paper

My two positive roles are Meditator and Spokesperson. As the meditator one can help their fellow team members to reach many decisions without the risk of conflict and confusion. I chose spokesperson because I have the ability to speak for other team members in critical situations that others may feel out of character in doing so (Manning & Curtis, 2012). When a spokesperson has the ability to speak up in a group setting as a spokesperson can also help the team to become more confident in problem solving in the future.
