Conducting self-assessment is very important in order to further improve my abilities and be an efficient,competent and good nurse. In this portfolio, I will give my understanding and personal progress about; clinical reasoning, problem-solving, teamwork, research and communication skills. In addition, I will conduct thorough self-assessment based on my experiences during my clinical placement and school activities in order to get the most accurate evaluation result of my progress towards my transition to a full-time Registered Nurse.
