Looking through our group discussion board in this unit, and checking on each one transformational story, gave me a better way of knowing how each person sees things differently in his life, some they had passed through big difficulties and created their own way, others just waited for the situation and circumstances to make it.
Going through the readying and researches I am doing, I have started relating and understanding better the situations and linking them with my experiences, which makes me believe that each step in our life is a transformational story.
As for my posted story, I have spoken briefly about the main points of my life that made big changes in my life which earlier maybe I haven’t paid much attention to it, and always considered that I have passed through many difficulties to reach where I am, but never stopped on some main points that was the key for it.

Bennis and Robert J. Thomas). As most of our transformational stories turns from negative to positive and in experience learning to live happy could be a strength to turn a negative experience into a productive one.
In summarizing of most our discussions in this unit about transformational stories, and transformational leadership, all has been passed from negative moments to better situation, but many has put the blames on their bad bosses or environment they were in, but the way I view it is maybe without facing such people we wouldn’t understand the concept of transformational leaders and we wouldn’t be what we are now, so instead of blaming we need to take the positive experience we gained from each person to create in us great

I chose to read the book Funeral Festivals in America: Rituals for the Living by Jacqueline S. Thursby. This work explores numerous aspects of funerals and the customs that surround it. Although some of it was hard to follow and seemed a bit jumbled, I was able to get a sufficient amount of information from it that I believe will help me become a great funeral director in the future. I was able to extract a few great lessons from the work, the first being the fact that all people unconsciously seek a transformative experience. I found that this is an experience that provides deep knowledge but isn’t necessarily accessible to the person until they have that experience.…

Success has powers that can take control of us in both positive and negative ways. Margaret Mead explains that success is great, it's the winning prize, but it can also affect us in many ways. She also explains that with being successful, we feel threatened by others who are more successful than us. Lastly, she says that Americans are confused with being successful and how we should react. I agree with Mead because success can come with positive outcomes, but it can also come with negative outcomes such as:/ No one cares how they get successful all they want is to get successful and how others envy others with different types of success.…

Transitions such as the beginning of elementary school or moving away from home for the first time. For Christmas 1969, I received a 22- inch bicycle with training wheels that I named Starr. It was the only gift I received that Christmas because my family was struggling to stay financially afloat with a failing hardware store in a small Iowa town. I have no recollection of what my sister received that year as all of my eight-year-old attention was focused on that bike. My first mounting of Starr was easy; it was as if we had been born to ride together. She tilted slightly to the left as I leaned on the training wheel.…
