My transformation moment came when I found out I was pregnant. It was at that time, I realized that the party was over and that I needed to take steps to not only fulfill my potential but also take steps so that I could provide for my child. This was a major struggle for me, because I hadn’t planned on having a child so early, and when I was unestablished. The need for gainful employment led me to CCU. I wanted to be a nurse because I love helping people, and I also wanted the stability it would provide. I would do so many things differently, but I believe that the paths you take create your character. So in that respect even though I chose the hardest way forward it feels, I would not say I regret it, because
