My Top Strengths

There are many talents that help us on our career path that affect how we get there. The talents that we have are constantly changing and developing in reaction to the world around us. After taking the strengths finder assessment, I now understand what my top strengths are and how they affect the decisions I make for my future career.
My first talent order was risk. This trait states that I am comfortable with ambiguity, rational, and that I embrace challenges. This fits my fits my career path because I plan on operating a family business that requires me to take in account external business conditions while calculating the odds of success. This talent definition is to operate an organization single-handedly, set goals and take action, and multi-task. This talent will help my in my career to take action and get things done, but also to keep focusing on moving forward. However, I need a delegator to compliment this skill so that I do not have to take all of the responsibility and task. This allows me to grow my team, as well as, to let employees work in a specialized field where they can perform at a higher level.
My third talent that was recognized is known as a disruptor. This means that I have a talent of coming up with new ideas to move forward, and experiment future possibilities. This also helps in my future career so that I do not become stagnant in the business. I hope to become very adaptive to the ever-changing business environment, and hopefully even spark those changes in the future. Someone who can complement this skill would be someone who is a realist. This person could help manage my new ideas and sort through them to help decide which ones are good one and which are
