My first talent order was risk. This trait states that I am comfortable with ambiguity, rational, and that I embrace challenges. This talent definition is to operate an organization single-handedly, set goals and take action, and multi-task. This talent will help my in my career to take action and get things done, but also to keep focusing on moving forward. However, I need a delegator to compliment this skill so that I do not have to take all of the responsibility and task. This allows me to grow my team, as well as, to let employees work in a specialized field where they can perform at a higher level.
My third talent that was recognized is known as a disruptor. This means that I have a talent of coming up with new ideas to move forward, and experiment future possibilities. This also helps in my future career so that I do not become stagnant in the business.
