Three part to a healthy life: Part 1, Eating.

Welcome to the first of my 3 part guide to a healthy life. This is one of my first blogs so feel free to leave comments and critiques!

Eating healthy, from my experience, is the simplest and probably the first step anyone trying to become more healthy should make.

Why? Almost everyone has the ability to determine what they eat and how much to eat. The right diet provides necessary nutrients and energy for other endeavors like work and exercise. However, cooking is time-consuming, and sometimes even difficult. I mean if you have ever seriously try cooking, it is labor intensive, hot work. As long as you eat them sparingly. Honestly, unhealthy food will still be unhealthy even eaten in small amount. But, life is short, so enjoying an ice cream cone once a while is not a crime. If you eat unhealthy food once or twice a month, or as a reward for meeting goals or celebrating something, then you are fine. Enjoy those meals.

Beware however, indulging yourself is a slippery slope. It is easier to not open a bag of chips than stopping yourself from reaching in for more once the bag is open. It is easier to not buy a pack of sodas at a store than stopping yourself from reaching for them at home.

Going through the unhealthy food list, if you see some of your daily meals, than you might want to consider changing your dieting habit.

If the reason you have to eat unhealthy food is because you don’t have enough time to cook, here are some ways to get a quick and nutritious meal.
