I also talked to him about what his main goals in college were and what things he did to get through that stage. Gladly, he told me everything about his success during his college life which really opened up the gates for me and it gave me an opportunity to re-think my future and consider doing different things. In addition, I gained much confidence about myself because I knew my personality will fit right into the teaching system. Slowly after talking about his start in college, I began taking notes just to understand the sacrifices and hard work he did during his college journey. I learned that you really have to sacrifice your time for these kids and connect with them because once you do that, you will learn to succeed and everything will be easy towards you down the road as a teacher. Teaching isn 't an easy job. It 's really complicated but I learned that if you keep focused at all times and show sympathy toward your peers, anything is possible.
