Some may define success by how much money they have, or how happy they are in life. However, my definition of success is my own. As the book states, working backward from a goal is a great way to layout a plan. For example, when I realized I wanted to become a music producer, I started at the dream and deducted what needed to be done to achieve the goal. It went something like this: Famous producer>Make good music>Get signed to label>Know how to market well>Know how to DJ>Learn how to make good music>etc. Being able to work with a process like this can allow for anyone to create a plan that will help them achieve success. A life plan is one of the major keys to reaching success, without it I would not be able to take whatever steps necessary to achieve my

My personal definition of success at the end of this course is that success is to have a successful life, being able to do things independently for myself and not always have someone there to do things for me. It's achieving my goals on my own terms and at my own pace. It has changed for me because before I wasn’t really that organize with my assignments and even though I wasn’t organized I still manage to do all my work. I would put myself in a difficult position where I just don’t do anything but once that assignment is due I would start doing it at the last-minute rushing. My definition of success when I started the semester was " trying so hard and putting all your effort would take you to the top" and I have seen the changes when I had taken this course.…

Though I have thought about my future frequently, and tossed around many variations of what the details could look like, I really have no idea what it will look like, so I have to resort to a definition when defining success for me personally. Earlier in the paper, success was defined as working hard to realize one’s full potential to make a difference in the world, and living life to the fullest in view of mortality and eternity, and if I achieve that I will have been successful. I do want to have an influential and respected career, and I would love to make a name for myself as a musician, but to me the level I take these things is not the only factor in whether or not I consider myself successful. Success to me is becoming the best I can be in all that I do, prioritizing things that have eternal significance, and living every moment to the fullest. I believe that if I can become someone who lives out this definition, I will be able to take advantage of the opportunities that come my way, make the most of the time I have been given, and achieve true…
