My Stress As A Healthcare Team Member

Stress is a normal reaction for people of all ages. when this happens, we think there is nothing we can do things to change. To reduce stress we should do something change. A small change can reduce a person's stress level. I usually write them down what I stress about. That always makes me so much better. As a healthcare team member, dealing with some mean patients might be stressful.
