Inside this article you will find a detailed report of how I will be using my personal strengths in the future. I will explain what my five strengths are and what they stand for. Meanwhile, I will also be providing a detailed description of how each one will affect my success in my relations, along with my academic and my professional life as well. I will also provide examples of how I have used each of my strengths in the past in each of those categories as well.
Page Break My Strengths
Adaptability. People that have the Adaptability strength usually have a “go with the flow” attitude. My adaptability strength allows me to be able to adapt for last minute changes and take my life one day at a time. Having this strength also helps me since I have two part-time jobs along with having a six-year-old daughter as well. I use this strength every day at home, at work and with my school work. Reminisce about your school days with former classmates, faculty, and administrators. (Clifton, D., Anderson, E. and Schreiner, L.) I happen to do things like this on a daily basis because I work with a couple people that I went to high school with and there have been many conversations between us that start off with "Remember when we did...in high school?" I didn't know that this would actually turn out as one of my signature themes until I began learning about them.
Academic. You become a better partner because you understand how your colleagues came to be who they are. (Clifton, D., Anderson, E. and Schreiner, L.) When I start working with someone new I often ask them questions that refer to what school they attended or what their work history is so that I can get a feel for who I am working with and what kind of person I am working
