Over the course of the semester, I had to think of my paper’s strengths and flaws in order to improve my writing. Thanks to the class’s simple system of peer reviewing, I was able to get feedback on my original simplest flaws: run-on sentences and grammar. After realizing the standard writing software reviewing tools was not going to help fix this, I started looking online for better writing tools. Among them, I found two in particular that helped significantly: “Grammarly” and “PaperRater.com.” These tools helped me avoid overlooking grammar errors, and shorten sentence length.
