When I was in high school, I was in my top physical shape. I could do 25 to 30 pushups the correct manner and hold plank for 2.5 minutes; during this time I was in a sports excellence hockey program as well as, playing hockey with my city. I was playing hockey 5 to 6 times a week for an hour and a half to two hours and I had off ice fitness training 3 times a week for an hour and a half. Now, I am not play hockey anymore per doctor’s request due to two major concussions and so my muscular endurance has suffered tremendously. I am no longer as active as I used to be; I don’t play any sports and I have had a really hard time trying to find an activity that I enjoy that can help me be more active. This explains my performance in muscular endurance, though according to the charts it is average it is a major decline for me. My muscular strength has shifted in some aspects and not in others, for example, I used to dead lift 135 lbs and now I dead lift 95lb. Once again, I believe this is due to me not being as active as I used to be and so it shows in my results. For flexed arm hang that has not changed so much I have always had weaker arms. I believe it did not change because, although I have not been going to the gym, I take care of young children who I have to pick up and carry and so my arms have been getting a slight workout from that.
