My Strength In Exercise Prescription Plan

Decent Essays
Good afternoon,

I have a wide variety of professional expertise in many areas of health and fitness. I have knowledge in personal training, exercise prescription, and exercise testing.I have in the past written exercise prescription plans base on the individual goals and aspirations and study dozens of case studies. Such as getting a individual's history and doing a risk assessment and using the information to mold a schedule for that person. A plan would include nutritional advice, caloric intake, and physical activity levels. Discussing what METs are and describing the exercising that will be provided and discussing the proper way to perform them.

The expertise I believe that I am strongest in is exercise testing. I have plenty of experiences
