Introduction Teaching has always been a passion of mine. To me there has always been something about helping children and seeing the difference I can make in children’s lives. Teachers are the professionals that can make a difference in every child’s life they teach. I believe that every child should know that they can do anything they set they minds to. I believe that all children can make a difference. I believe in the words of Rita Pierson, “I am somebody. I was somebody when I came. I’ll be a better somebody when I leave. My students will also learn from each other. My students will know that it is okay to be different from your classmates and that it is an awesome thing to standout from each other. My students will know what it is like to feel loved, valued, and encouraged to achieve their goals. With everything happening in today’s society, students see many negative things in life around them and feel education is not important. Sometimes students are even made to feel worthless. I want each of my students to find joy in learning and understand why education is important. I want to make them feel like they can achieve anything regardless of what is going on in their lives. My students will know that with me as their teacher they can accomplish anything as long as it is set in their minds. I will not allow my students to fall behind on their goals that they set for

However, in creating my philosophy I have to consider my relationship between families, children, and community, creating a positive learning environment and classroom organisation, as it will have a big influence in my learning and teaching. My teaching philosophy is focused on the belief that as an educator, I have the ability to influence next generation to bring…
