The nutrition part was very exciting and shocking. To learn that some of the foods that I love to eat contained so many different chemicals and pesticides scared me and made me look more into the food I decided to eat. Though, I still eat fast food I have cut back on how often I eat it, and where I eat. The assignments where we had to track what we eat for 2 weeks was very eye opening. Through this project, I saw a lot of what my doctor and mother complain about and was able to see that I ate very unhealthy. There were some days I went eating only one meal a day, and then I had other days where I didn’t drink one bottle of water. Because of that discussion and assignments, I was able to learn other ultimatums that would healthier. The death/dying section of this course was very interesting as well. Because I had to program my mind as if I was to die it made me see that each day is not promised and that God could take me at any moment. Really it taught me to be prepared and ready at all times for whatever might happen. This section had such an impact on my life that I shared it with my immediate family. Of course, they thought the project was weird and uncalled for, however, they begin to think about what they wanted to happen to them if their life was lost as well. I encouraged them to create their own living will and power of
