Positive reinforcement is the addition of something pleasant to increase behavior. This reinforcement applies to bully. Each time a child shares or help a classmate, they can be praised or rewarded with a toy. Negative reinforcement is the removal of something unpleasant to increase the behavior. Each time a bully wants to show aggressive behavior, the teacher should provide the student with a stress reliever such as a stress ball to squeeze. The stress will relieve the aggression or angry, and increasing the behavior of not bullying another student. In addition, positive and negative punishment applies to the bully. Positive punishment add something unpleasant to make the behavior unlikely. When a school officer or teacher witness a bully bullying a person, they should not allow the bully to partake in school activities. If the behavior persist the school officers can demonstrate negative punishment. Negative behavior is removing something that is pleasant to decrease the behavior. To help put a stop bullying the community has brought awareness to the situation, encourage kids to speak up for themselves, ask open-ended questions or notice your child engagement, get involve with the school, and seek help. Aggressive behaviors are demonstrated within the child’s homes, the games children play, or their environment. The victim suffers short and long term from being bullied. Barcalow (2014) talks how childhood bullying is a phenomenon that affects an individual beyond childhood. This study looks at females who experienced bullying in their childhood and suffering long-term effects. The study determines the relationship between self-esteem, personal success, and personal relationship. However, Mason (2014) focus on using the choice-reality play therapy with children who has been bullied. This method helps address the student’s wants, needs, and behavior as it relates to their bullying
