My Significant Place Essay

Many of us have place which is significant to them. I believe having significant place has some meaning and importance in one’s life. My significant place is what I call ‘Home’. It is the place I grew up with my siblings. I feel the warmth and love when being at home. Nothing can replace this place around the world.
I have so many memories growing up. I heard lot of stories from my parents when I was kid. I still remembered when my mom told when I was about to come in this world. My mom and dad were so excited and happy as I was the first child in the family. We shifted from one-bedroom apartment to two-bedroom apartment as there was an addition to the family. On one hand I was excited about the new job and wanted to explore the new city but on the other hand I was scared and was missing my place badly. But after four months of struggle to get adjusted with the new lifestyle I adapted myself and started enjoying. As it was not that far from my place but still traveling was a big pain for me to manage but still anyhow I used to travel every weekend to meet my parents and to stick to the place where I spend most of my childhood.
Days passed by it was the time for marriage. Mom dad started searching a good boy for me. Again the same feeling rushed into my mind and heart. It was quite obvious that wherever my husband is I had to go there. It was nightmare for me hardly I managed myself for stake of job and staying away from my home. Now again I have to go through the same again. I never told anyone about how I felt being away from my home because I dint wanted my parents to worry for me.
