Sergio Marchionne had a tall order when he came onboard at Chrysler. Obviously his methods have been successful when I review the recent financial records of the company (FCA Group, 2015). His merger with the Fiat group has strengthened his sustainability and revitalizes his brand (Ebhardt, 2014). As you can see, this is not the first time I have experienced Keirsey as a tool for personal assessment. The interesting thing is that both recorded times I have taken this particular evaluation I ended up with the exact same conclusion of being a “Guardian”, even 5 years apart. In my life I have done many personality type analyses as part of my personal practice to be self aware of my communication proficiency. This began in my early 20’s when I was in a very lost and troubled time and sought out guidance towards a career. The counselor I worked with had me complete a battery of tests and questionnaires to help point me in the right direction according to what my personality dictated.…

During my first evaluation I was very confused with many of the general concepts the class held and it reflected in my writing. Answering the questions presented in the midterm evaluation and reviewing my first writing assignment Meta commentary pushed me to try to grasp a better understanding of assignments and ask for more helpful feedback that would benefit me in developing writing especially in the concept of methods and organization. Slowly and surely as the rest of the semester progressed forward I saw an improvement in my writing style and content.…

Change is a difficult process for any person in many different types of situations. The work environment can become repetitive and familiar which can be difficult to deal with.…
