My Second Marathon

On my 8 mile run this morning I was thinking, "I can't believe I will be running my second marathon in 9 days." Training for the my second marathon has been bumpy; I have been dealing with minor injuries left and right that have set me back on training. Although, I am not as physical prepared for this marathon as I was for the marathon two years ago, I reminded myself why I was doing this. I am running FOR THE KIDS; I am running in hope that a parent will never have to hear the word cancer ever again. I'm not going to lie, there were times I thought I wasn't going to be able to run this marathon because of the risk of getting more injured, but then I realized today that these kiddos don't just get to stop having cancer. So with that being said,
