I know many people need this scholarship more than I do; they have it a lot harder than I do. However in my eyes, getting this scholarship is not for me. It is truly for my daughter’s future. I made the selfish decision to have a child young. That is when I took leadership in my life to sure that she will live in comfort and not worry about where the next meal will come from, or if she will live in a car or a shelter. I’m doing this all for her. She will always come first over me.

Some say it is my weakness, but I see it as my strength. At times where I have helped people and they abused my help I see how it was my weakness. The times where people abused my help, it took me awhile to realize they don’t deserve my help or they need other of a higher ground. I look into the situation a lot more before I dive in. I learned that my help is strength of who I am. It makes me feel amazing when i help somebody who truly needs it; like I had this costumers who are regulars at our store. Just by looking at them and what 's in their cart, they don 't get much of what they want but really of what they need to survive. I noticed they really wanted have a dessert but they couldn 't afford it. So walk up to them and kindly ask if I can buy them the dessert. They denied, but I asked again and that 's when they accepted. The look on their face when they accepted of me buying them a simple little dessert made my whole day as well as theirs. It is the little things that can brighten days and ensure that their is good people in the world. Moments like that make me extremely happy on who i have …show more content…
If it all works out I will try my hardest to work myself up to an administrator in a hospital or nursing home. I want to do this because I want to help people. The one thing my mom taught me is that make sure to help others before you help yourself. I really want to be in health facilities because of my sister. My sister has this disease that cost her lot of money. When she went the hospitals or insurances offices for help of payments they simply said no without giving her a chance. I believe everyone deserves a chance. It is a hard world out there, growing up the way I did it really made me to become a caring person. With being a caring person I will use my critical thinking/ideas and find ways to help people in need. I want to help everyone as much as possible. That is my life goal, to help everyone when somebody else shut the door in their face. I want to do all things possible to give my daughter the best life. I don’t want her to go through things I or my siblings had to go through. From that, I have been applying to get scholarships in order to get into an amazing college without worrying about the outcome that comes with college, debt. I am hoping to go to Metropolitan Community College, I hope to do my degree choice online, because when I graduate I 'm trying my best to achieve a full time job.
