I didn’t catch any grammar errors. I also did my behavior change on sleep, so I can definitely relate to your barriers and the effects of not getting enough sleep. I liked how you put in the fitness test you took and how that sort of motivated you to fix it. Overall good points. You did answer all the questions but not fully since I didn’t see the 3 barriers and how to overcome each. Your SMART goal could be improved by you stating “On __(specific date) I will get _(of hours) that week, just to be more specific about it. Your goal definitely made sense for your target behavior.
