There are lots of the business leaders who achieved success in their life like Bill Gates, Anil Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Mark Zuckerberg, Steve jobs, etc. Here I am going to talk about Tony Fernandes he is a Malaysian Entrepreneur. He is the founder of Tune Air Sendirian Berhad (Wordpress, 2013).
Achievements
He achieved several goals in his life such as (Qi, 2016).
1. He introduced the low cost Airline, AirAsia with the tagline of “Now everyone can fly”. This somehow attracts me to give better service to customers with low cost flight.
2. He turned the AirAsia a failing government-linked profitable airline to highly popular low cost airline public-listed company.

Which motivate me to earn profit and give benefits to customers as well at their satisfaction level (Flores, 2013).

Followings are the reasons of making him my role model: -
 He mortgaged his home and his life time saving for this Airline by just putting all his faith in consumers of Asia (Felicia, 2013). Which tells me that he took a risk in his life to achieve something and I learned that risks are must to be a successful businessperson.

 As I like Soccer, Car racing similarly Tony had a goal in his childhood to be a successful businessman, owning a football team/club and owning a formula one racing team.  He adopts a “Walk-around” management style. He believes in mix-up with employees and working with them. He believes that while working with his employees he swots innovative or new things about his Airline.
 He would never be a good leader if he did not had any experience on how the job goes with and without workers in a business.
 Tony Always encourage his employees to speak up and get “Every brain in the game” By relaxing formality and breaking down the barriers or walls. One of the best example is the structure of his office there are no doors and no walls by which he and employees can see each other (UNLVstud, 2013).
 He believes that his employees are first before the clients or customers.

a) Walk the Talk: - he believes that if someone sit up in his ivory tower and just look at his/her business’s financial reports, it would be a big mistake they going to make.
