For instance, I believe my three greatest strengths are as follows; leadership capabilities, quick thinking, my ability to adapt. The reasoning behind my beliefs as either came from comments my peers or acquaintances or from examples of what has happened in my life so far. For instance, my leadership capabilities, I would go back to my sample of being team captain. To explain my ability to think on my feet, and to adapt, I would need to go back to the time I worked with disabled individuals. We were at the bank and one of my former clients had become enraged and started to hit and pinch me. To calm him down quickly and efficiently, I began to talk to him and bribe him with some of his favorite things. My benefits heavily out-weighed my features. My features can include but not limited to where I lived and what I experienced. Whereas, my benefits, can also be looked back as the strengths of who I am and how I can use those in any situation that may arise. I feel that benefits of a product are much more important to most consumers. Likewise, the benefits of a person should be what you focus on rather than just looking at the features.
