My Role As A Course Leader

I believe I would be a good Course Leader because of my solution-oriented, down-to-earth approach. I've taken on leadership roles before, especially in my position as a Scout troop leader but also in previous jobs and projects - I like to get work done, and to find ways to do it as efficiently as possible.

As a Scout troop leader, I of course have experience in working with children and teens, but also in working with their parents and other adults. Combining independent work with teamwork is not new to me, and I can be relied upon to take my responsibilities seriously, not just for the customers' sake, but also to make working easier for my colleagues.

With my smiling, positive outlook on life I think I'd be a good addition to the Speaking
