My Relationship Analysis In my analysis of two different relationships, I have chosen to analyze two relationships that I am no longer in, a friendship with a female and a former romantic relationship with a male. My former friendship with the female was a friendship that had carried on into many years even though we live three hours apart from each other, we were close. We had become friends though another friend who she had went to cyber school. She had started to become bullied by other students and I started to notice it and so it became like reciprocity at first and then to a friendship.
As being in a friendship, we had passion for one another but not in a sexual attraction but how you would great your family with hugs and peaks on the cheek. We had intimacy, or a sense of boundedness and emotional connection. Any time something big or emotional happened she was the first to know and I was the first to know about what the situation was. Consummate love is where all three are present at the same time, which can cause conflict if one of the theories is more than another. Not only was age a factor on why we aren’t friends, over the last couple months her intimacy was stronger than I was for her.
