My Reflective Essay: Improving My Writing

This lesson has enlightened me in multiple areas. I knew I enjoyed writing, I liked writing words on paper, whether a simple grocery list, a birthday card, or in a prayer journal. I never thought about having a relationship with writing. I have learned there is more to writing than just putting words on the paper. It is worth taking the time to analyze what to write and how to write it.
I love reading books, all types of books, non-fiction, fiction, biographies, self-help, autobiographies, textbooks, and magazines to name a few. I know reading has improved my vocabulary and spelling over the years. As far as reading improving my writing I have to say no. I feel like I should be a good writer due to the number of books and quality of books
