There is a lot of content in that book that I absorbed. Some of the major concepts I took from this book were about the different ways to treat people. People around you matter more than anyone else. Without them you might not be where you’re at today. They have helped in more ways that you can think of and vis versa. As a friend or employer you need to respect what they need and work with it. It’s not always about you. You need to tend to people’s needs around you and keep them happy because in the end they are the ones keeping you happy. Treat the people who work for you well. The magic of working together. This was a great book about teamwork. I taught me that in life there will be some obstacles that you can’t conquer yourself. You will need help in order to accomplish this task. Teamwork can be a very powerful thing. If you and your team work together in the best possible way you will be able to accomplish things you would have never even thought possible. The book said that none of us is as smart as all of us. I one hundred percent agree with that. As much as some people like working alone and by themselves, I don’t think that they can ever get as much done as a team could, by working together.
