BOSI Profile Assessment

According to the BOSI profile assessment that we all had to take, my primary Entrepreneurial DNA came up to Specialist as a Primary Entrepreneurial DNA and Innovator as my secondary. I felt the specialist DNA was spot on. According to Abraham (2011), the Specialist DNA is an entrepreneur with a primary specialist DNA will enter on industry and stick with it for 15 to 30 years. I’ve been at the TD Garden for four years already, and with me degree from full sail I have ambitions to grow within the company itself as I’m doing pretty well so far. Delaware North and the TD Garden give me endless possibilities and a possible, stable future, which is something nice to think about. Abraham (2011) also states the my secondary DNA, Innovator, tends to manifest itself in entrepreneurs who may have accidentally stumbled across a breakthrough invention, recipe, concept, system, or product that can be built and turned into a business. This is also spot on because I’ve been incredible creative and innovative since I was a child. So I felt that my profile assessment was very accurate.

Everything speaks to me and my character and qualities very well, it was scary how spot on I felt that it was. A big weakness of mind is standing out, in any sense. I tend to show incredible work, but I also have a tendency to hide and no step up to take the credit and get noticed. That is something I will need to work on in the very near future. It was spot on with saying that I have the trait that says I would stay with an industry for a long period of time. Some would say that I’m too young to have made the choice that I found a business that I’d personally like to settle in with long-term. It’s very rare to find a job that you personally love and can see yourself doing well for years to come. I don’t plan to give that up, and this assessment has helped me further make that choice a reality in the
