On Monday, April 25, I woke up with a positive attitude toward another day of preceptorship. As I was driving to the unit, I was thinking how fortunate I was of having the opportunity of do my preceptorship on the emergency department. This Monday, my preceptor was Melissa who happens to be an amazing RN with more than 20 years of experience in Emergency department. Although she is not my preceptor, she has been willing to teach me when my preceptor is off or sick. Having the opportunity to learn from two different preceptors has been enriching for the development of my career: I can absorb the best of their unique work organization skills.
