My Own Strengths

It is not undeniable that everyone has his or her own strengths, interests and values. Besides the appearance, the intrinsic characters are more crucial to shape an individual impression. These unique strengths, interests and values are conducive for me not only be a worthy person, but also be a dependable employee.

I believe having organization skills. For example, I like to tour travel for my families and parents. So far, we have been to Europe, America and many places in Asia. I always begin to work two to three months before the travel, like doing a detailed plan to satisfy each one’s requirements and time. Start with using a map to ensure the destinations and calculate the time duration. I write down the scenic spots and restaurants

I would like to see new landscapes and meet new people. Furthermore, travel is also a good chance for teamwork. Last spring break, I went to Mexico with my friend and her other two friends as a team. I was not familiar with the other two team members at first. Due to the lack of mutual understanding, there were different opinions to choose restaurants in the first day. At this time, communication was necessary to know each other and solve the problem for a team. We sat together and made the schedule with individuals’ opinions. It is way to know each others’ views and advantages and likewise show my merits. For instance, I am good at accounting, so I took charge of calculating the public expense and dealing with the bills. After this chat, we were united as one and concentrating our efforts on making the travel more comfortable and meaningful. We all had a wonderful travel and simultaneously promote our friendship. Firstly, honesty is a key in workplace for the relationship with superiors, colleagues and clients. It is commendable to receive someone’s trust. As an employee, I am genuine to do the jobs that is fundamental contribution. Enjoyment is an element as well which provides the passions of work. Fulfilling with enjoyment is better than achievements to love and stay focused on work. The third value is openness. I am willing to share ideas and communicate with others.
