My Philosophy Of The Army

Before I can elaborate on my philosophy I believe you should know who I am.
I am first a mother of three children, one boy and two girls, ranging from twenty to a four year old. Let me say that this no easy task. If I am not at a basketball game then I am at my little girls dance class. If not working at my civilian job then I am at the reserve unit making sure all my tasks are complete. In the Army Reserve I serve as Senior NCO in my section.
I believe honesty, commitment and respect to others are key factors to a great leader.
I will carry out these believes by holding and open door policy. Taking the time to speak to you and hear you out will be one my priorities.
I will commit myself to you in order to help you succeed.
