My intentions were in the right place, however my actions brought destruction. I believe in God’s eye my intentions were noble, yet in the eyes of the law I may responsible for the damage and hurt caused. Much to my dismay, I would have to take responsibility for my shortcomings. I do believe that all actions have consequences whether desirable or undesirable.
My highest good is to live a life that mirrors that of Jesus. He is my ultimate example of living a pure, fulfilled and generous life. Jesus gave of his time, compassion, support and ultimately his life for the sake of others. Love is the embodiment of the life of Jesus. Thus, my highest good is to truly love God and people regardless of their transgressions, hurts, pains and shortcomings. He came to love humankind. I must attempt to do the same. I certainly have a hierarchy of values. If I were present, while a person attempted to take the life of my loved one, I would hurt and possibly even kill this individual in order to protect and rescue my loved one, despite my belief that murder and bringing harm to others is wrong. If I was not present for their suffering and these heinous actions were brought to my attention, I would not go out of my way to harm the
