My Philosophy Of Educational Leadership

Personal Philosophy Basically, a great educational leader in my opinion is one that ensures that all stakeholders in the school organization develop—students and teachers. The educational leader of the school must ensure that learning spreads throughout the organization and must work to verify teachers, as well as students, learn nonstop, especially in areas of subject matter, instruction, social, and cultural competence. In order to reach this objective of a unity of students, I think that educational leaders must also be involved and visible learners. They must encourage and reflect upon contribution and advice from the community; they must cultivate and support discussion on key issues; and they must embrace and benefit from a varied assortment of opinions. Additionally, educational leaders should confirm that all other members of the school organization share this dedication to nonstop learning and collective work. This compulsion to develop academically, by an educational leader, provides the necessary bases for achieving academic excellence. An educational leader must recognize that a diverse school population consists of academically capable students; skilled teachers and staff members who represent a wide range of human understandings and are dedicated to a philosophy of inclusion, consideration and integrity. In addition, the educational leader of a diverse population has to respect different talents, opinions, and backgrounds of its students and teachers, as well as, practice diversity. Educational leader have to guarantee all decisions are driven by their vision for their school organization.
