My philosophy of education, and its leadership
The true purpose of educating is to create a world of intelligence, and turn out students that will create and take the world further in advancing medical, teaching, science, and the understanding of the human mind. Without education or educators, the world would not be advanced as we are, none of the electronics we depend on, no doctors or medical advances, no technologies. Education should attempt to put students on the same level of learning, and intelligence; I know there are different intelligence levels, and attitudes about learning so not everyone will be on the same level of learning, but educators must act as if they are so all students have the same opportunities in learning. I found myself realizing that college wasn’t just for the most intelligent, but was for anyone that wanted to put everything into it to go further in life.
My philosophy of educational leadership would be one that believes leaders in education should have the true passion for helping people change their lives. An educator has to have compassion, understanding, a passion in continuing their education to allow them to better teach others. Educators play a big part in the worlds future, and should take that responsibility serious.
My philosophy has developed over the years by attending college, and working in a university. I have gone from hatting school while in the 4-12 grade, to having a need, no, a love for learning and helping others that are of a mindset like I once had. I realize education is not just there for changing people’s lives, but for the future of the world. I realize that education has many different levels from the federal/state government all the way down to janitors, all these people are important in the educational field. Plan for continuing PPD:

1) Stay up to date with all the latest teaching techniques, and technologies for teaching. This will be done through reading journals, joining organizations for teachers and educators, and attend meetings for educators.

2) Get career coaching. This will help to improve upon the skills I already have, and can help to transition into a higher position.
3) Project Work. I will work with teams that are of different departments gaining a greater understanding of all departments in the university.
4) Self-learning. I will learn on my own time by reading, researching, and shadowing others in nearby universities.
5) Volunteer work in the university. Volunteering for committees, and mentoring will able me to gain new skills and meet new people.
My Personal Educational Leadership Mission Statement
To provide an education in a cultural, safe, and technologically advanced environment. Teach students in a supportive environment, and through motivation. Teach students how to succeed both in the university and outside of the university. Having programs that will allow all students to
