Students will be thoroughly explained with the policy details for the first 3 days of the semester. The student will receive a hardcopy of the rules and guidelines; they will also be referenced to the wall display of rules in large prints. I will give specific examples and present my reasons for such policies. In return, the students will understand that the rules are meant to protect them holistically and provide the optimized learning environment for all. In order to procreate a high level of reading or writing through critical thinking, immense amount of analysis and discussions require collective studies. I may not need to specify my Biblical beliefs in a public school, but the students will be see that my Christly values are embedded and enforced within these class guidelines, encouraging thinking and consideration for everyone …show more content…
There needs to be an authoritative constriction for all students, so no one is left behind in learning. Instead of a few strong students leading the class to their advantage or incommunicable group works riling, all students will be subject to the restrictions and refined independence. The management objective is to present a warm and nurturing leadership for all students, so every individual opens up to the idea of cognitive growth and collective maturity. This invigorates the growth of emotional intelligence among the students while disciplining mentorship. I want to create an environment that is cohesive to healthy discussions and constructive criticisms. I want to nourish a classroom that students can freely talk and share ideas. Occasional rearrangements of student desks will encourage collaborations; alternating seating charts will help shy ones to make new friends,
