My leadership philosophy is to lead my members in my team to reach our goal together along with focusing on individual weakness and strength. However, I wish that I will have a strong philosophy that will effective to my future work and can lead me to my life goal. Actually, there are no supreme methods of being leader, yet I still need to consider what way is the best that fit for my style. Hence, I am presently learning as much as I can to experience many lessons which can improve my philosophy.
