I didn’t want to be harsh or mean when assessing the interviews, causing me to evaluate them higher then they might’ve actually been. When writing responses I wanted to look on the positive things that they did in their interview, while some of the other personality types might have mentioned what the person could’ve improve upon. The group assignment was in some ways the same as the interview, I didn’t want to cause any problems so I did my assigned parts and didn’t critique my partners work as much as some of the other personality types did. Personalities that are harsher and don’t care as much about peoples feelings put a lot of input in and aren’t worried about peoples
