This test gathered a variety of statements and allowed me to scale how I felt about each one. The scale started at disagree and ended with agree, the space in between is used if someone was unsure. A question asked if I preferred to communicate with others one-on-one or in small groups. I moved the scale dial close to agree because I like to have more personal conversations with people. Another question asked if I see possibilities, even when others can 't. I also moved the dial to agree because I often tend to be more optimistic when it comes to the future. After finishing all my opinions on each statement, it said that I was an ISFJ. ISFJ stands for introverted, sensing, feeling, and judge. Some ISFJ characteristics include: warm, supportive, protective, conflict avoidant, practical, organized, and practical. A strength that ISFJs have is that they are observant. They observe people and like to make decisions based on facts rather than feelings. A weakness is that they love to contribute to a person 's growth, which may lead them to subconsciously wanting to change the person. Twelve percent of the population are ISFJs; to name a few, Rosa Parks, Anthony Hopkins, and Christopher Walken. The results of this test were accurate. I agreed with myself being an ISFJ because I am a slight introverted who is traditional, organized, and accepting. Each one was valid because they did what they were suppose to do, I comprehended what my personality is. I do however think that personality tests do not truly determine how a person really is. When taking a personality test, one may do it with a preconceived notation about their self. Many of the questions are not easy to answer because people don’t normally think their actions add to their personality. The first test had many options to choose from that were close to the same. Hovering over the words allowed you to see the definitions of each word, but it was almost like they were synonyms. I think the answer options could off a higher range of variety. The second test only had a scale with the two written options of disagree and agree. It would be useful if there were options in the middle, like somewhat disagree and some what agree. Overall, I think the second test was the better test because of how well it estimated my personality and its in depth
