While getting ready I listen to music on my phone and keep an eye on the time to make sure that I am not running late. Throughout the day I consistently check my email, both personal and school, to keep up to date with my everyday life. A few transformations and developments about me over summer or maybe even the last time I thought about how much I have changed. I currently live in a small beach town right outside of Jupiter, Florida known as Hobe Sound. It’s a “drive by town” as I would describe it. There really isn’t anything there would attract or gravitate people to stay there; its better to just look at it out a car window well passing it. It is currently about six hours outside of Tallahassee, Florida. This seems really long, but originally I signed to go to University of Mississippi and later realized that being more than ten hours away from home was to much for me.…

Two years ago I was a completely different person. That may sound like a complete exaggeration, but looking back on the person who carried my name two years ago, it is shockingly true. Two years ago, I was the quiet, overweight, anxious girl who avoided social interaction as if it was the plague. Needless to say, I was not the most confident or outgoing person out there. I let my anxiety disorder rule my life, and let my weight be an excuse as to why I couldn’t do certain things.…

For me, friends are hard to make (and to keep) and I easily lose contact with them. I have few friends who I know are true to me, they have been by my side for years and I know they won’t be leaving anytime soon.…
