You can not except to live life to the fullest or even at all of you don 't try, simply put it is like cause and effect. It 's like wanting to know learn how to ride a bike while doing nothing that has to do with learning how to ride a bike, it 's counter productive, you cannot except to gain without putting in. So every so often just go and experience new places and activities, it will help you shape your perception of the world and life. John Locke’s theory on perception backs up what is stated because in chapter nine book 2 of an essay concerning human understanding he says that “Reflection (experience) alone gives us the idea of what perception is”. This is saying that to perceive we must first reflect on what we experience, because you cannot perceive something that you have not saw, touch, experienced,
