It is no exaggeration to say that having a healthy body is the premise of everything. Without the life, you do not have any opportunity to do anything you want. Hence, we need to take attention to ourselves’ health situation. In this paper, I will talk about my personal risky behaviors or what I lack and how these things impact my life and health includes a wide range of activities. Moreover, I will think about how to improve the health via changing the lifestyle.
In general, I don’t have many serious risky behaviors like what we discussed in the class. First one is the use of alcohol and tobacco. Because of my age, drinking is not legal in the United States. Hence, too much drinking will not happen at that time for me. It is noted that next

The first one is waking up out of bed immediately. The Professor of Sleep Research Centre at Loughborough University in England noted that woke up immediately may lead to sudden changes in blood pressure, raised blood pressure, stroke and other diseases. People need to do lie five minutes and do some activities for the limbs and head. After those exercise, people can get up. Secondly, using computers continuously for more than 3 hours is not good. Prolonged use of computers makes one feels eye fatigue, sore shoulders back pain. It can trigger headaches, loss of appetite, insomnia and other problems, too. However, as a student who uses the laptop to do the homework, I will spend lots of time on computer. The thing I can do is trying to take a rest after 45 minutes and I can see some green pictures or close my eyes for a second. Lacking of exercise is my third bad behavior in my life. Lacking of exercise can cause obesity, hypertension, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, back pain and a series of diseases. First one is ensuring adequate sleep, and we have to sleep before 11 o 'clock. Secondly, I need to drink adequate drinking water, and 8 glasses of water a day is the minimum requirement. Third thing is adhering to the "eat early, eat lunch, dinner to eat less" principle. Fourthly, I need to prevent overeating. Eating more fruits and vegetables is a good way to keep healthy.
