The horrible cranking of the car struggling to move forward drowned out the cars rushing by, as I slowly inched along the highway. Ten hours earlier, I drove to work; The ice on the streets glistened. I was less than a mile away from work, taking the last curve on the roundabout, when my car slid into the curb. Slowly creeping to work, the car emitted a sound that would make anyone cringe. This was the first time I found myself at Christian Brothers Automotive. It is a difficult task to find an auto repair shop that is easily accessible, offers outstanding customer service and communication, and performs the job well. Yet, Christian Brothers Automotive continues to be my mechanic of choice due to its ability to meet any customer’s expectations. Christian Brothers Automotive not only has nine locations in Colorado, it is also a nationwide franchise that offers high quality care for vehicles across the country. Any time I have visited a dealership, even the minimal assessment has been quoted at over one hundred dollars, while Christian Brothers Automotive generally charges $65.00 for the initial diagnostic workup. Even if one feels that the shop is expensive, the outstanding communication and customer service are worth paying a little extra. A company’s quality of customer service and ability to remain honesty is an additional aspect to consider when determining what prices are worth paying.
