I am incredibly valued the importance of leadership and management quality. As these qualities are essential for registered nurses to fulfil his or her professional and competency. Throughout my personal experience, participation in community events and current employment. I have demonstrated the value of leadership and management quality. Since I first started to devote myself at the age of ten to fifteen as a scout member at the local school. Through this position, I have had an opportunity to assist a group of people in my school as well as those people in the community. Moreover, I have volunteered as a Buddhist novice at a local Buddhist temple in Thailand. Through this position, I was able to educate people of the right Buddhist
