Personal Characteristics
To be a leader, you have to be good at leading someone or a group, and I am. I am a confident individual who is easily able to make decisions even in a short period of time. Another key reason to why I’m a leader is that I am responsible for everything I do and if I make a mistake, which is rarely, I will own up to it. When I I’m making a decision or leading a group or project, I plan out everything from start to finish. Getting all the materials or research needed and composing an excellent result is an expertise for me. While growing up, you needed to show respect and be self-disciplined and or independent because if you’re following a group who is constantly disobedient, then you will get in some serious …show more content…
The long hours are an essential to having a successful business and a low amount in my personal income is going to be a bump in the road to me, but with all my qualifications, I will quickly make that bump smoothen out and move on to others that might come about my way. I will admit that I do sometime get frustrated but that is only when I know I made a mistake and that is not so often. I have the mental strength that is needed to be a business owner in the future and can handle the daily long days I need to spend in work. If it is necessary, then I would move out of a big house to a much smaller one, only at least I can still operate my business and manage my family in it. Having everything big and fancy is a no factor to me. Why spend all the extra money on something just because it looks good, I will certainly not. I would put the remaining in the bank or my kids’ college fund so I can ensure my family is settled and prepared for. And as I’m helping them, they do the same for me. The only thing I have to do is ask and vise-versa. That is how my family is, what is mine or what I earned is theirs and what they have or earned is also mines. They will gratefully help me out when I’m in need or ready to start the …show more content…
I plan on focusing more and getting the job done in an excellent manner of time. Once I start my business, I will put 99% of my time in it. I will spend most of my time in the business and if the business need anything I already have, I will quickly give it up. After the final plan is done, my business will be stable and proactive within the first year and I believe I can have the business expanding within 2 or 3 years. I have a huge goal to achieve and I plan on achieving them very quickly. I believe that if you want to do something, you need to get it done and not hesitate just because of one issue. So I will have dreams of things I want to do and I will certainly do them. I have a choice, to failure or succeed and failure isn’t an option for me. Every day you will see me drawing out a plan or even looking at blogs or posts so I can get prepared for the big world of business out there. I was once told if you work hard for your goal, you will achieve it, and I’ll walk this world everyday with that motto following my every
