As a leader, I feel I work for my group members and it is my part to help them in making their progress and objectives. I generally attempt to set a decent illustration for all those who are associated with me. Respect is the factor through which I think I can involve my group members to work and achieve their goals. I usually permit others to have their say whether I concur with it or not. I believe in showing integrity. I endeavor to permit every individual on my group to showcase his/her unique abilities and aptitudes of working. These, I accept have been my keys to achievement. I usually took decisions by myself without involving others in decision making. I used to give directions to my group members to complete specific tasks. I perform …show more content…
I am involved in respecting my subordinates; I used to listen to others, I used to explain the rules which I create, and these attributes lead me to be an autocratic leader.
Self Management: The way to being a successful follower is the capacity to think for oneself to practice control and autonomy and to work without close supervision. Great adherents are individuals to whom a leader can securely assign obligation, individuals, who suspect needs at their own particular level of skill and power. I currently possess this quality and I can do things with less supervision. An active or passive participation can be expected from me.
Commitment: Effective followers are focused on something; it can be a cause, an organization, an item, a thought but if these things are associated with their own lives. The numerous successful followers see the leaders simply as co-adventurers on a commendable campaign, and also, they associate their leader with hailing responsibility or clashing intentions.
